Here Come The Mummies Nashville Concert reviews
Brad Paisley puts on a Great Show!
I attended Lakeview for the first time and had heard nothing but praise from friends prior to my visit. The venue is very nice, they were right! Kane Brown was very good, and his voice was exceptional. LOL. Even though I only knew one of his songs, he was a very genuine guy. Here Come The Mummies, although it was my first time seeing them, I don't think they could ever put on a bad show. The heat and humidity were a downfall, but it had nothing to do with the venue. It was brutal! When attending a show under a "shell" like this in the past, there were people from the lawn seats sneaking in and hanging in the aisles. They did a tremendous job at keeping out anyone without reserved seating. My complaint would be, and this is at all venues, not just here.... that they control the audience from standing up during the entire concert. I paid good money for a good seat but watched it from the big screen as I couldn't see the stage due to people standing in front of us throughout the concert. Even when I stood, I couldn't see because I am only 5'3" tall. Some people, including myself, cannot stand for that length of time without discomfort. It would be nice to pay for a seat where you can actually sit and see what is going on. So what it comes down to is I paid over $100 a piece for our seats and watched the concert from a big screen TV. The ushers should wander down periodically and make people sit down or escort them to the lawn area. I am grateful that Brad did come out for a short time and stood on a platform in the middle of the shell to perform. That was a treat, and it allowed me to get a good photo as I couldn't take any others.
